A key to making effective use of time is understanding what you want and what you need to achieve. You cannot manage time—time happens. You can, however, manage the way you use the available time.

Culturally appropriate processes and techniques suited to the language, literacy and numeracy capacity of individuals and the work being performed must be used. Reasonable adjustments can be made to ensure equity in assessment for people with disabilities.
